DockCom Pty Ltd through their Principal, Mark Stytsenko are the exclusive technology service provider to Owners Corporation’s 4,5 & 6 who operate the building complex at 58-70 Lorimer Street Yarra’s Edge and have done so for the past 4 years.

DockCom were recommended and following market testing we confirmed their competitiveness and subsequently appointed them. The complex is 16 years old, and is a large premium mixed use residential facility with a high owner occupier rate that requires high standards of service, workman ship, reliability and business ethics.

DockCom consult, install and maintain the complex’s access control, intercom, CCTV, IT and telecommunication infrastructure and systems , have proved to be very responsive and the systems have generally performed well.

In recent years much of the infrastructure has required renewal and /or significant upgrading and DockCom are very successfully working together with Building Management and residents to project manage and implement several projects.

The last project, the ProtegeGX Intercom Implimentation was judged the winner of the Best Customer Success Story at the annual ICT Awards.
